Our quality control process and online sound recordings ensure an easy and satisfying purchase, so you know exactly what you’re receiving before you order. We confident you'll love your singing bowl, but in the rare event your bowl isn't resonating with you in the 30 days after you receive it, we will process an exchange or refund and make sure you are happy!
How does it work?
Exchange Terms:
If you'd like to exchange your bowl, please email support@himalayanbowls.com with your order number and reason for exchange so we can provide the best solution for your situation. Either a replacement can be shipped out or, if you don't currently see what you're looking for on the site, we'll provide you store credit with no expiration equal to 105% of the purchase price. You are responsible for return shipping, so we throw in an extra 5% to help out. We are also happy to work with you if you are interested in exchanging for a smaller or larger bowl.
Refund Terms:
If you'd like to return your bowl, please email support@himalayanbowls.com with your order number and reason for returning. You are responsible for return shipping and proper packaging. Please pack the bowl and all accessories carefully, with padding, to ensure it is not damaged while shipping. Bowls that are damaged upon return are not eligible for a full refund. These are handmade treasures, and we do our absolute best to avoid wasting the significant effort of the Nepalese artisans by damaging their creations. Returned items are subject to a 5% restocking fee. These are not generic, mass produced items, so each order takes time and effort to process & package and get it ready again for the website. Missing accessories (mallets & cushion) will reduce your refund by $10 per missing item. They are made by hand in Nepal, and we have limited extra supplies.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return address does not always match the shipping address due to label space limits, and returned items without authorization may be lost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Singing bowls are handmade and imperfect. Minor blemishes, discoloration, scratches or other minor imperfections are common and can even add a special character to your bowl. Virtually all handmade singing bowls have some imperfections, and we do our best to showcase them through pictures or, if it's a larger blemish, a note in the product description. If your bowl has been discounted due to a certain blemish or due to the need to play it extra softly, we will explicitly state that in the product description, and returns for discounted items are not allowed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for closeout items. Digital products are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
